Food Poisoning
05.11.08 (9:55 am) [edit]
Hometown Buffet. If you want to lose weight then by all means please stop by for a spell. You will also receive a full body workout from the violent shivers and shakes while you purge your body of every known liquids you have ever digested.
Crap.

Sounds horrible. Hope it passes quickly!
I try to stay away from buffets just as a general rule. Never a fan when food is just sitting out like that.

Ahhhh a secret I've learned! Before I go to such dinners, I learned to take a teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar, mixed in grape juice...guaranteed..food poisoning won't touch you!!!

Thanks kgurl, you can slow this squirrel down but you can't keep him down for long. I used to have an iron stomach but I must be getting soft.

NAY!!!! No Way!!! Think the grape juice covers any scent...but...use natural APPLE Cider Vinegar...not the stuff you get in grocery stores usually!!! I make sure it has the "Mother"!!

I thought so too. Looks like I need a tune up.
I went and looked up those spider squirrels. Pretty cool how they can scale those walls.

Good grief! Stay away from that buffet. It's amazing this is not much more common, given how long the food often stays out and how many dirty people put their dirty paws around and upon the food. Pretty gross. I believe said cafe owes you some compensation. Maybe a ticket for a free meal?

If that free meal is a return ticket to said restaurant then I say, no thank you. No more buffets for this guy.

Sorry to hear that you've had similar experiences with Hometown Buffet. I shutter even now knowing what pain and suffering I went through.
